Information:
We encourage vendors to
participate at our meetings.
We have two sponsorship
opportunities at meetings
and one for the website.
Payment is required prior to
the meeting or on the day of
the meeting. Make checks
payable to OAUG.
Booth Sponsor
– Allows vendors to set up
their booth in the vendor
area. The cost is $500 and
includes 2 free
registrations.
Break Sponsor
– Time is allotted prior to
the morning and afternoon
breaks to allow vendors
10-15 minutes to discuss
their product or service.
Also included is a booth and
2 free registrations. The
cost is $650. (This option
may not be available at all
meetings.)
Website Sponsor
– We will display your
company's logo on our
website, with a link to your
site for one year. The cost
is $2000 and includes logo
on our site for one year,
booths at all 3 meetings
that year, and 2 free
registrations for each of
those 3 meetings.
